Semi-Private Training
Semi-private sessions are the core of our program. Your training is completely customized to your level, goals, limitations and training background. We use the semi-private training format and have 4 to 5 students to 1 coach to facilitate high-attention coaching. You can expect to learn movements like deadlifts, squats, push-ups and much more — all scaled to meet you where you’re at.
