Kettlebell Fitness

A fun, fast-paced interval training class incorporating kettlebells. Expect lots of kettlebell swings, squats, push ups and core work.

Boxing

Work on fundamental boxing skills, conditioning and footwork. You will learn punching and defense technique while improving your agility, coordination and endurance. Classes incorporate bagwork, mitts, and conditioning. Great for beginners!

I haven’t gotten results with other gyms or programs. What makes Devilfish different?

We do not focus on random individual workouts. Rather, we focus on the big picture, which means understanding what our students’ goals are and why they have them. We set goals together and chart a path to accomplish your goals.

 

The other major difference between our methodology and those of many other gyms is our focus on learning fitness skills. We cannot emphasize enough that if you want to make real change in your life, turning your brain off and allowing other people and external circumstances to dictate your progress does not work.

 

Your project of attaining fitness skills, that will be yours for life, that do not disappear when you move away from your favorite trainer, or when you get sick, or when you have a family, should be difficult. That’s what makes the process interesting, engaging and fun.

 

Taking ownership of your learning and getting help when you start is the key to developing the deep skills that last a lifetime.
